    We do our best to accurately represent our products, including colors, materials, sizing, and details. Because screens vary and many Leo Vas pieces feature handcrafted elements, actual products may vary slightly from what appears online.

    Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and applicable duties are calculated at checkout. Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and cancel orders when necessary.

    ORDERS & PAYMENT

    Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order due to product availability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or other issues.

    Payment is processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

    SHIPPING

    Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

    RETURNS & REFUNDS

    Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Please review the policy before purchasing for information regarding eligibility, return windows, final-sale items, and refunds.

    All Leo Vas website content—including our name, logo, photography, designs, graphics, text, video, and other creative material—is owned by Leo Vas or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

    You may not misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful software, scrape or collect information without permission, use fraudulent payment methods, impersonate another person, or otherwise use our services unlawfully.

    USER CONTENT

    If you submit reviews, photographs, feedback, or other content to Leo Vas, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You allow us to use submitted content in connection with operating and promoting Leo Vas, as described in these Terms.

    DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY

    Our website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leo Vas is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or services.

    Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

    DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    Before beginning a formal dispute, please contact us at info@leovas.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

    Unresolved disputes are subject to the arbitration provisions contained in these Terms, including the class action waiver and 30-day arbitration opt-out right. Arbitration will take place in Nashville, Tennessee or by video conference, subject to the exceptions described in these Terms.

    CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

    We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  • At Leo Vas, each piece is thoughtfully designed and produced with care. If your purchase isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 15 days for a refund to the original form of payment.

    Return Conditions

    To be eligible for a return:

    • Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery for online orders or 15 days of purchase for in-store purchases.

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.

    • All original Leo Vas tags must remain attached.

    • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

    Leo Vas reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, alteration, damage, or do not meet the conditions above.

    Online Returns

    To initiate an online return, please have your order number ready and follow the link below to submit a return request: ONLINE RETURN REQUEST

    For online orders requiring return shipment, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Leo Vas is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.

    Final Sale

    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Made-to-order, custom, or altered pieces

    • All Accessory Items

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and approved, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Your refund will be issued to your original form of payment, less any applicable return shipping costs.

    You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

  • Each Leo Vas order is prepared and packaged with care. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

    Processing Times

    Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. During collection launches, holidays, and other high-volume periods, additional processing time may be required.

    Delivery may also be affected by payment authorization, product availability, carrier delays, or international customs processing.

    Made-to-Order & Special Pieces

    Certain Leo Vas pieces are made to order or produced in limited quantities and may require additional time before shipment. This includes select garments, custom pieces, jewelry, and other specialty items.

    When an item has an extended production or delivery timeline, the estimated timeframe will be noted on the individual product page.

    Because many Leo Vas pieces involve specialized materials and hand-finished details, we appreciate your patience as your order is prepared.

  • If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us at info@leovas.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

    We begin preparing orders shortly after they are received, so cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and our standard Return Policy will apply.

  • Every Leo Vas piece is handcrafted in India via our in house atelier. We produce in India because of our founder's roots there. Our in-house atelier is based in the same village our founder comes from, which lets us invest directly in the community that shaped the brand. It's also home to extraordinary craft: the artisans and seamstresses we work with bring generations of skill in weaving, embroidery, beadwork, and fine textile-making to every piece. Because each garment is made by hand, small variations are natural. We try our best to document the design, fit, and materials of every style as carefully as we can. If your piece arrives with significant markings or variations, please email us at info@leovas.com.

  • We recommend dry cleaning every Leo Vas piece. Many of our garments use delicate, specialty materials that call for gentle care, and machine washing can cause shrinking, discoloration, and other damage. With proper care, your pieces are made to last.

  • At Leo Vas, we release pieces by collection, and most styles are made in limited quantities. Once a piece sells out, it usually won't return. Despite this, a select few core styles will carry greater stock levels.

  • Each Leo Vas order is prepared and packaged with care. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

  • Yes. At checkout, you'll find a text box where you can add a personal note, and we'll hand-write it on a card inside the package. It's a small touch, but we love helping to make a gift feel personal.

  • At this time we are not able to automatically offer international shipping. However, if you have an international shipping inquiry, please reach out to info@leovas.com.
